Reporting to the Global Controller-Homeland Protection, Bruce will apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive process improvements in all finance processes including but not limited to Credit and Collection, Account Payables, General Accounting, Cost Accounting, Financial Planning and Analysis and closing cycles. He'll also provide leadership on process improvements, mentor projects to drive cash and income metrics, and apply Lean Six Sigma tools to drive simplification of processes across Security, and establish metrics to ensure improvements are sustained.

He'll also drive Sarbanes Oxley 404 and internal control improvements, assist the Global Controller in establishing accounting policies and creating accounting procedures to improve the overall controllership environment, implement processes for purchase accounting compliance on new acquisitions, and work with a finance integration team on processes for integrating finance and outsourcing work to low cost countries. He'll also work with IT to simplify and digitize financial transactions and reporting. He's very pleased and volunteered these comments:
